About Udall Dog Park

Udall Dog Park offers a spacious environment for pups, featuring designated areas for small and large dogs divided by a chainlink gate. While the park is all dirt and somewhat lacking in stimulating activities like agility equipment, it has a decent amount of trees and shaded spots for both dogs and their owners to enjoy. Many visitors appreciate the well-organized layout and the friendly atmosphere, making it a great place to socialize with fellow dog lovers.

Unfortunately, some reviews highlight ongoing issues such as a broken water fountain in the large dog area and the absence of a rinsing station. The park can get dusty, which has raised concerns about valley fever, especially since there’s no grass to alleviate this. Despite these drawbacks, patrons appreciate the cleanliness and the rules that keep the park in check, noting that trash is tended to regularly.

Parking is convenient, and with hours extending from 6 AM to 10:30 PM, there’s plenty of opportunity to drop by after work or early in the morning. With a mix of large open spaces and welcoming fellow dog owners, Udall Dog Park provides a solid option for dog playdates in Tucson, even if some improvements would boost the overall experience.
