However, during the hotter months, the park can feel quite bare as shade is limited to just one small tree. There are a few benches and chairs scattered throughout for owners to relax, but the lack of water fountains has raised some concerns, especially since donated bowls can be a bit iffy regarding cleanliness.

Located in Modesto, the park is open 24 hours, making it convenient for early risers and late-night strolls. Parking is available, which is a plus when bringing your pup for a visit. Although there is room for improvements like agility equipment or added water stations, many regulars, like Jacob’s owner, love the social aspect and continue to visit despite the park’s minor drawbacks.
