About Woodland Off Leash Dog Park

Woodland Off Leash Dog Park offers a spacious area for pups to roam and socialize, with separate sections for large and small dogs. Many visitors appreciate the friendly atmosphere and often clean surroundings. It’s a popular spot for locals, which means it can get crowded, especially during peak hours. Some owners get a bit overwhelmed by the number of dogs, which can lead to a few unruly moments. However, the community generally ensures that their pets are well-behaved.

Aside from the dog park, there’s an outdoor sports complex nearby with baseball and soccer fields. If the dog park feels too busy, taking a stroll around the fields can be a nice alternative. The shaded parking is a plus, making it easy to visit even on warmer days. Unfortunately, there’s a report of kennel cough among dogs in the area, so it’s wise to keep an eye on your pup’s health and watch for signs of any illnesses.

While this park is the only option for dog lovers in Woodland, many feel that an additional dog park would be beneficial given the current demand. Visitors express a desire for better adherence to health guidelines, as not everyone respects the park’s rules, which can lead to some frustrations. Still, for those who visit at quieter times, it provides a delightful space for dogs like Ruby to reconnect with their furry friends.
