What People Are Saying

Very nicely clean quiet little park. First time here and there are no other dogs
Although it’s outside of a halfway house and there are often shifty characters, I do feel Peace and serenity
Nice park and fenced, but as usual bad dog parents don't clean up. Shame on them!

About Community Dog Park

Nestled in Fort Lauderdale, this clean and quiet dog park is perfect for those moments when you want your pup to stretch their legs in peace. The fenced area allows dogs to run freely, making it a favorite for reactive or anxious pups needing some space away from the chaos of busier parks. Many locals appreciate the serene atmosphere, often finding themselves as the only visitors during their visits.

Despite its tranquility, it’s worth noting that the water fountains are currently out of order, and there are no provided waste bags for cleanup, which can detract from the overall experience. Some responsible dog parents have voiced their concerns about the lack of cleanup by others, but that doesn’t overshadow the friendly vibe of the regulars who frequent this spot. The park’s size makes it great for a quick run or a leisurely stroll.

Parking is accessible, and although the area is adjacent to a halfway house that may attract some shifty characters, most visitors find a sense of peace among fellow dog owners. With its usually low foot traffic and a welcoming community, this little park serves as a hidden retreat for you and your pup to unwind.
