5/13 & 5/16/21: First of all: Where is this dog park you ask?
Wish there was grass because my girls love to romp and wrestle, but its a very spacious play area. There are also high quality wate bags provided at stations on all 3 tiers

About Kirtland Dog Park

Kirtland Dog Park in Albuquerque offers a cozy spot for pups to run and play, featuring three distinct sections that create a fun but manageable maze for dogs. While the park isn’t overly large, it’s fully fenced and well-maintained, making it a great option for those looking for a safe place for their pets. Visitors often note the cleanliness, with poop bags and bins available to help keep the area tidy.

While some would appreciate a grassy surface for their dogs to enjoy, the spacious layout allows for plenty of romping and wrestling. The park does not have a separate small dog section, which could be a downside for those with smaller breeds. However, it’s nice to see that the park caters to a variety of dogs with its terraced design, giving each area a unique feel.

Parking is accessible, and the nearby community center offers a pleasant backdrop for humans looking to enjoy the outdoors while their dogs play. Though water stations are available, it’s worth noting that some reviews indicate a lack of shade in certain areas. Overall, Kirtland Dog Park is a clean and welcoming environment for dog owners and their furry companions to enjoy.
